That’s our body’s way of telling us to slow down and find out what’s wrong. As a physician, I see people who will ignore body aches and pain until whatever is hurting them is almost unbearable. This is often the case with a condition called meralgia paresthetica – a fairly common condition that causes burning or painful sensations in your outer thigh.
